Tier 3 Requirements

  1. GHL Phone Number & A2P Compliance

    • Must maintain a dedicated phone number inside GHL ($1.25/mo).

    • Complete the one-time $25 A2P registration process.

  2. Review Site Access

    • Provide Google, IG, Facebook, and any other relevant review platform logins or manager access so GHL can monitor and fetch reviews.Listings & Web Chat

    • Yext: Provide any information needed for syncing business details to listing sites. This might include your address, hours, descriptions, and images.

    • Web Chat Widget: We will install a chat widget on your website; you’ll need to grant website admin or hosting access as required.

  3. Social Media Posting (2x/Week)

    • You’ll need existing social media accounts where you want scheduled posts to appear (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, etc.).

    • Provide content ideas, images, or special promotions you’d like us to feature.

    • Grant us scheduling/posting permissions on these platforms.

  4. Advanced Setup

    • AI-Driven Review Responses: Provide brand guidelines, tone, or phrasing preferences so AI-generated responses reflect your restaurant’s personality.
